UCalgary GSA Student Chapter

The Gerontological Society of America (GSA) Student Chapter is a graduate student organization at the University of Calgary, supported by the Centre on Aging. The chapter brings together students and trainees with interests in aging research, policy, practice, and innovation. It provides opportunities for networking, professional development, collaboration, and peer support across disciplines through events, workshops, guest speakers, and other activities related to aging and gerontology.

Who Can Participate?

While full membership is limited to graduate students (i.e., Master's students, PhD students/candidates, Postdocs), the GSA Student Chapter welcomes participation and engagement from students and trainees at all levels and from all disciplines who are interested in aging. Non-graduate students can participate as affiliate members and/or join the Chapter mailing list to receive information about upcoming events, activities, and opportunities.
