Research & Education

The Centre on Aging is committed to advancing aging-related research and education across UCalgary. We support our members and trainees by fostering collaboration within and beyond the University, sharing their work through our communication channels, and helping translate their findings to inform aging-related policy and practice.

Facilitating Collaboration & Participation

We promote projects that are seeking collaborators, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary connections and team-based approaches to aging-related challenges. We also share opportunities for individuals to contribute as active participants in these projects.

Promoting Projects

We showcase current research and educational projects on our website and through other communication platforms to reach both academic and public audiences.

Supporting Knowledge Mobilization

We support the translation of research and educational content into clear, accessible materials for non-specialist audiences—including policymakers, practitioners, and the public. These materials are featured on our website, which serves as a central hub for aging-related resources and tools developed by UCalgary scholars.
