Brittany DeAngelis joined the O'Brien Institute in May of 2015 as a Communications Assistant. Brittany has a background in broadcast journalism, digital communications and digital marketing and is currently working on completing her BA in Communications and Culture from the University of Calgary.
Since joining the Institute in 2018, Angie has been responsible for planning and executing all of the Institute's events, seminars and conferences. Prior to this role, Angie worked for one of Canada's premier public relations agencies, before taking on a communications and events role with the law firm of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.
Angie completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, and received a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations at Humber College in Toronto.
Demilade is a graduate from the University of Calgary with two degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. While completing her studies at the University of Calgary, Demilade amassed experience in communications, events and writing before joining the Institute.
