The O’Brien Institute for Public Health is excited to welcome Eula Mengullo to our team as communications assistant.

Eula is a graduate from the University of Calgary where she obtained a bachelor's degree in political science and history. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she was involved in editorial work for media and academic publications. Eula worked as a news editor for the University of Calgary student publication, The Gauntlet, and also secured an editorial internship with Avenue magazine where she wrote about the local food, arts and culture scene here in Calgary.

Her strong communications background and passion for storytelling will support the O’Brien Institute’s communications activities and overall mission to advance public health.

Outside of work, Eula enjoys spending her time reading books, visiting museums, attending arts performances and scenic drives to the Rocky Mountains.
